Case study
Fatboy.
An established hair care range deserved a storefront with the same confidence as the product. We rebuilt the whole shop, warm and editorial, and left the ecommerce plumbing intact.

Fatboy sells water-based pastes, putties, and pomades to barbers and to everyone else. The range is genuinely good and the photography is already there, but the storefront was doing none of the selling. The brief was to rebuild it end to end: something warm and editorial that still does the unglamorous work of ecommerce, from a browsable range to a cart that stays out of the way.
The approach
A warm white ground, ink type, and one honey amber accent pulled straight out of the product. The home page opens on the honey pour and moves through the essentials, the press, and real reviews. Every product gets a full page with ingredients and directions. A hair quiz routes anyone who does not know what they need, and a separate pro page handles stylists and salons rather than burying them in retail.
The outcome
A complete storefront running on the real catalog, live and shoppable at fatboy-unisex.vercel.app. Built as a pitch and presented as the finished thing.
